Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days. During busy periods this may take slightly longer, but I will always aim to ship your order as quickly as possible.

UK Shipping
Orders within the United Kingdom are shipped via Royal Mail. Delivery times typically range from 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on the service selected.

International Shipping
I ship worldwide using Royal Mail International services or another suitable courier. Estimated delivery times vary by destination but generally range between 7–21 business days after dispatch. Please note that international delivery times may be affected by customs processing in the destination country. International orders are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place). This means the buyer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or handling fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or handling fees that may apply once the package reaches the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

I am not responsible for delays caused by customs, nor for any additional charges that may be applied by the destination country.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. I cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the postal service or courier. While I will do my best to help resolve issues, I cannot guarantee delivery times or be held responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or external factors beyond my control.
